ORDERS

  • If you have a deadline to meet, it would be best to let me know before you order and I will let you know if I can accommodate you.  If you leave a note during checkout, I'll do my best!

  • By checking out you agree that you have read the entire item description.  I include as much information as possible, and more!

  • Some elements of this site are clearly fictional for the sake of entertainment.  All products are artworks for display purposes only.  I don't sell any real weapons, armor, safety gear, etc.

  • Your order may be canceled for any reason (usually a supply or shipping issue).

  • You may not cancel a custom order if it is already under construction.

  • Due to the hand-made-to-order nature of my items, all sales are final.  Contact me if there are any issues.

SHIPPING

  • Dealing with lost, stolen, or tampered packages is beyond my control.  If the tracking number says it was delivered or it seems to be in shipping limbo, there is most likely nothing I can do.  You can file a claim with the shipping service.

  • In the event of items damaged in shipping:

    • The scope of damage will be assessed and an appropriate course of action will be suggested on an individual basis.

    • I pack all items securely and cannot be held responsible for damage caused in shipping.  That said, if there is an issue, contact me and I will do what I can to help.

  • International Shipping:

    • I happily ship internationally from the US.  Sometimes there are unforeseen issues that may affect shipping times, such as customs inspections.  Provide me with as much information as possible to help make sure the process goes smoothly.  I don't ship to the UK because of their tax laws.

    • If your country is not listed or something seems wrong with the calculator, contact me.

  • I use recycled shipping materials as much as possible to save money and the environment.  

PRIVACY

  • A product you order may be used for promotional photos, but no accompanying information will be shared.

SUPPORT

  • Please use the contact form at the bottom of the site for all inquiries.  Other platforms might be missed, but I do the best I can!  Include your order number if applicable.

  • For damaged items, the scope of repair will be assessed and an appropriate course of action will be suggested on an individual basis.

  • For items damaged through no fault of Starside, I can attempt to repair the item for a reasonable fee.  You must cover all shipping charges.

  • If you have a question about an item you purchased, first refer to the product page and/or manual.  I try to include as much information as possible.

All of this is the official policy to cover my butt if really necessary.  In practice, I do everything I can to resolve any issues, which are rare.  I want you to be happy, and I try to help as much as possible.
