Ultralight wrist equipment.  Suspended by an elastic strap, the band can shift freely and return to position with minimal interference.  Can be worn alone, or at the end of a jacket sleeve, over a sleeve, further up the arm, etc.  No stat bonus; equip for fashion purposes only.
